Culinary Choice Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", "our") is a professional B2B food ingredients company. We produce and distribute the OLMEC brand of premium chocolate, bakery ingredients, spreads, and cocoa powders to professional businesses. These terms govern all dealings between the Company and its customers, website visitors, and business partners.

You accept these Terms & Conditions when you:

• Place, confirm, or accept a product order
• Enter into a B2B supply agreement with Culinary Choice

Permitted Use

Prohibited Conduct

Product Availability

Sample Products

Free samples are available for verified B2B customers at our discretion. Samples are provided strictly for evaluation purposes. Culinary Choice reserves the right to decline sample requests without explanation.

How to Order

Orders are placed through direct communication with our Sales team via email, phone, WhatsApp, or our website contact form. Orders submitted through the website are treated as inquiries until formally confirmed by our team.

Order Confirmation

A purchase order or written confirmation from our Sales team constitutes a binding agreement. Verbal orders are accepted only when confirmed in writing within 24 hours.

Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)

Pricing

All prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified in writing. Prices are subject to change without notice due to raw material costs, currency fluctuations, or market conditions. Prices confirmed in a written quotation are valid for the period stated in that quotation (typically 7–14 days).

• Prices exclude delivery charges unless otherwise stated
• Volume discounts are available — contact our Sales team for terms
• International orders (UAE, Oman) are quoted separately in agreed currency
• All applicable taxes and duties are the responsibility of the buyer

Standard Payment Terms

• New customers: 100% advance payment before dispatch
• Established accounts: Credit terms by written agreement only
• Credit period: Maximum 30 days from invoice date (where agreed)
• International orders: 50% advance, 50% before dispatch

Accepted Payment Methods

• Bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IBFT — Pakistan)
• Cheque (for established accounts only — subject to clearance)
• Cash (for local collections only, with receipt issued)
• International wire transfer (for UAE and Oman orders)

Late Payment

Invoices not paid by the due date may attract a late payment charge of 2% per month on the outstanding balance, calculated from the due date until full payment is received. Culinary Choice reserves the right to suspend supply to any customer with overdue accounts.

Delivery Coverage

We deliver across 80+ cities in Pakistan via our own temperature-controlled distribution network, and to UAE and Oman through our international logistics partners.

Delivery Timelines

Delivery Conditions

• All chocolate and temperature-sensitive products are delivered in refrigerated vehicles
• Delivery is to the address confirmed in the order — changes must be notified 24 hours before dispatch
• Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery and signed receipt
• Delivery timelines are estimates — delays due to weather, traffic, or third-party logistics are not grounds for order cancellation
• Failed deliveries due to customer unavailability may incur re-delivery charges

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated based on order weight, destination, and temperature requirements. Charges will be confirmed in your quotation. Free delivery thresholds may apply for large orders — ask your account manager.

Culinary Choice is committed to delivering consistently high-quality products. All OLMEC products are manufactured in Halal, HACCP, and ISO certified facilities with the following quality guarantees:

• Every batch is quality-tested before dispatch
• No artificial flavors, synthetic colors, or unauthorized additives
• Full ingredient traceability from supplier to delivered product
• Temperature integrity maintained throughout production, storage, and delivery
• Shelf life and storage guidance provided on product labels and data sheets

Certification Documents

Copies of Halal, HACCP, and ISO certificates are available on request. Contact inquiry@culinarychoice.com.pk to obtain official documentation for your records or regulatory compliance.

Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for storing, handling, and using products in accordance with the storage instructions and application guidance provided. Culinary Choice is not liable for product deterioration resulting from improper handling or storage after delivery.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive products that are defective, damaged in transit, or materially different from what was ordered, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange replacement or credit at our discretion.

Our Returns Process

1. Contact our Sales team within 48 hours of delivery with your order reference and photos
2. Our team will assess the complaint and respond within 2 business days
3. If accepted, we arrange collection of the affected product
4. Replacement or credit note issued within 5 business days of collection

Non-Returnable Situations

• Products stored or handled incorrectly after delivery
• Products beyond their stated shelf life at the time of complaint
• Opened or partially used products (unless a quality defect is proven)
• Change of mind or over-ordering
• Complaints raised more than 48 hours after delivery

What You May Do

• View, print, and save pages for personal or internal business reference

• Reference our product names and certifications accurately in your own communications

What You May Not Do

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Culinary Choice Pvt. Ltd., its directors, employees, agents, and partners from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms & Conditions
• Your misuse of our website, products, or services
• Any false or misleading information you provided to us
• Your violation of any third-party rights or applicable law
• Any claim by a third party arising from your use or resale of our products

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website and services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.

Dispute Resolution — Preferred Approach

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to make a genuine effort to resolve disputes through direct negotiation and good-faith communication. Most issues can and should be resolved through our customer service team within 5–10 business days.

International Customers

For customers based in UAE or Oman, while Pakistan law governs these terms, we are committed to resolving international disputes amicably. International customers may also seek resolution through mutually agreed mediation.

Culinary Choice reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our website, services, or business relationship with any party — without notice — in the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms & Conditions
• Non-payment of outstanding invoices
• Fraudulent, misleading, or illegal conduct
• Misuse of our intellectual property or proprietary information
• Any action that damages or threatens our business reputation

Upon termination, all outstanding invoices become immediately due and payable. Provisions relating to intellectual property, liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination of these terms.
